Crown Court Estates has 10 semi-custom homes on ½ to 1 acre lots and Brooke Hollow Estates consists of 15 custom estate homes on 2.5-4 acre home sites. Rick has been a broker associate with Tim Rosa Realty, Inc. since 1997, he became a licensed California real estate broker in 1979. After growing up in Orange County, Rick has lived in Fallbrook since 1971. Initially he partnered with his father, Grady Stephens, in building custom homes in Fallbrook until he joined his mother in the real estate business. Rick has become a land development and sanitation system expert thru study and experience. Thanks to all his contacts, from almost 40 years in Fallbrook, Rick seems to have a “knack” for finding buyers just the right property or selling your home or land without even listing it!!!
